Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of forge612.com and the Forge612 club operations platform (the "Service"), operated by Forge612 ("Forge612," "we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Forge612 is a club operations platform for youth sports clubs. It includes scheduling, parent invoicing, a custom team store, and a branded club website, managed from one login.

Pricing and payment

• A one-time setup fee of $499 to build and launch your club.
• A subscription of $49.99 per month after setup.
• The subscription is billed monthly and continues until you cancel.

Setup fee

The one-time setup fee covers building your club website and store, configuring payments, and onboarding. Once we begin that work, the setup fee is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

Cancellation

The subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of the current paid month. We do not refund partial months.

Your content

You own your club data, rosters, and content. You grant us the limited license needed to host and display that content so we can operate the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload participant information and for following the consent and privacy rules that apply to youth data.

Payments through Stripe

Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms. Fees that families pay to your club are between the club and its families; Forge612 facilitates collection but is not a party to those arrangements.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or to upload content you do not have the right to use.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge612's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
