Refund Policy

We want Forge612 to be worth it. This policy explains how refunds work for the one-time setup fee and the monthly subscription.

Monthly subscription

The $49.99 monthly subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.

One-time setup fee

The $499 setup fee is fully refundable before we begin building your club. Once setup work starts (building your club website and store, configuring payments, onboarding), the setup fee is non-refundable because it pays for work performed.

14-day first-month assurance

If the platform is not the right fit, email us within 14 days of your club going live and we will refund your first monthly payment. This applies once, to your first month.

Payments from families

Dues and fees that families pay to your club are governed by your club's own refund rules, not Forge612. For those, families should contact their club directly.

How to request a refund

Email info@forge612.com with your club name and the charge in question. We will respond within a few business days.
