Privacy Policy

Forge612 ("Forge612," "we," "us") operates the club operations platform at forge612.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to info@forge612.com.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a demo we collect your name, email, club name, number of teams, and anything you write in the message field. If you become a customer, we collect the account details needed to run your club.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers. Stripe handles card data under its own security standards.
• Club and participant data. Customers enter rosters, schedules, and invoices into the platform. This can include information about youth participants, which is entered and controlled by the club and its families.
• Usage data. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that measures aggregate traffic without cookies and without building personal profiles.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the platform.
• To process payments and collect club fees on a club's behalf.
• To respond to demo requests and support questions.
• To send service messages about your account.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the platform work: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and contact-form delivery), Plausible (analytics), and Google Firebase (sign-in and data storage). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Children's data

The platform is used by coaches, club administrators, and parents to manage youth sports participants. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Participant information is entered and controlled by the club, and Forge612 processes it on the club's behalf. If you believe a child's information was provided to us improperly, email info@forge612.com and we will remove it.

Your choices and retention

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us. Customers control their own club data and can export or delete it. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Security

We use encryption in transit and rely on established providers (Stripe, Netlify, Google) for storage and payments. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated policy.
